Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused and unwashed
  • The product must be unopened
  • The product must be in its original packaging with all tags intact

  • Used, damaged, or altered products
  • Products returned without original packaging

3. Return Shipping

The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer. We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking.

4. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing images or videos.

In such cases, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost.

5. Refund Method

Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.

6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
